The coronavirus pandemic, by the time it’s done, Indian SMEs and Large Enterprises should start working on all the important and required resources and capabilities to make India a global manufacturing hub.

Global Manufacturers have already initiated talks with Indian companies to explore the possibility of shifting a part of their supply chains from China as they seek to diversify their operations following the covid-19 outbreak.

About 30% of respondents said they need of Better Infrastructure will play important role to make India a Global Manufacturing Hub.

About 21% respondents said that they need Government Support in making Better Export Policy, new guidelines and instructions should form in support to make India a Global Manufacturing Hub.

18% of the respondents looking for Ease of Licensing specific to their Industry and Business need to make India a Global Manufacturing Hub.

Others have pointed 5 different resources to make India a Global Manufacturing Hub, below are the percentage against the need.

12% respondents are looking for Assemble Small Entrepreneur in One Roof

We should not ignore need of 8.5% respondents which is “One window facility for clearance of all the legal formalities”

Others are looking for Subsidies, Financial Aid, Trained and Skilled Staff to make India a Global Manufacturing Hub.
